Mike’s response was speedy and very high quality. We received drawings quickly and revisions were dealt with efficiently. During the planning phase we came up against a significant issue with a main sewer underneath the foundations. Mike was very hands on and with the builder investigated this thoroughly.
This attention to detail and perseverance made the planning process really painless. We had our plans and planning approved within the agreed timeframes. The Extension was built to specification thanks to the drawings but also the close working relationship that Mike had with the builder"

"Mike drew up detailed plans for our extension. He came up with four different options, all of which we loved. We eventually decided on moving rather than extending so didn't require further services from Mike, but if we'd gone ahead we would 100% have enlisted him to take us through the whole project.
